New Feature for Your Cable Service

Time Warner Cable customers who subscribe to HBO or Cinemax will soon have the option to use HBO GO and MAX GO.

What does this mean? Subscribers will be able to access movies, sports, specials, tv series, and more on any computer, iPad, or mobile device. People will even have a Watchlist which bookmarks content for later viewing much like DVR. The only thing Time Warner customers will need to access HBO GO and MAX GO will be their user names and passwords.

Sounds like a great deal to me. I wonder how others feel.

TV Shows Coming Soon!

One of the most anticipated shows of this month: Two and a Half Men airing on CBS at 9:00 pm starting September 19.

During the upcoming Two and a Half Men‘s September 19 premiere,  the first episode will involve a funeral for Sheen’s character, Charlie and the introduction of his replacement Ashton Kutcher. Kutcher is an Internet billionaire and should bring an interesting dynamic to the show. I anticipate ratings boost when it returns September 19th due to the public’s interest on whether Kutcher was the right choice as Sheen’s replacement. Can Ashton fill the shoes of Sheen?
